How to customize your Video Montage
Photos
Mini montage - Up to 40 photos priced at $85.00. Run time
approximately 3-5 minutes. Only available as an insert to a wedding tape.
Occasion Montage - Up to 100 photos priced at $150.00. Run
time approximately 12-15 minutes. Great for playing at a Wedding
reception, Graduation, Milestone birthday or as a remembrance tape. Two
copies DVD or VHS.
Family montage - Up to 200 photos priced at $295.00. Run
time approximately 22-28 minutes. A great gift for your entire family. Two
copies DVD or VHS.
Additional Photos - Pricing per photo varies
depending on package. Per photo price will not exceed $1.50 each.
All photos are to be placed in order and numbered on the back. We can not
be held responsible if photos are not numbered and out of order. We
recommend that you use a pencil or pen that will not smudge.
Music
Music of your choice should be
provided to us on CD format. Choose one song for every 30 photos. Provide an
extra song for any segment that runs over 30 photos. Keep in mind the tempo
when choosing music. Rap and Heavy Metal are not recommended. We are happy
to assist in music choices, however, we will not be held responsible if
music choices are not to your liking.
Title Pages
Four title pages are included with
each montage. Each page should be no longer than ten words.

Video Inserts
Video inserts can be included for an
extra fee. $10.00 for each video segment - segment not to exceed three
minutes. Please contact us if you intend on inserting a video to ensure
that we can accommodate the format
Getting
Ready...
This is going to be the most
difficult and yet the most fun part of preparing your montage. Deciding
which photos to use can be a timely process, thererfore, we suggest you do
the following:
1. Decide on how you want your
montage to play. Do you want everything in chronological order, or would you
like to have sections such as "Preschool Years", "Family Fun" or "Sports"?
Having your sections pre-determined may help you decide which photos you'd
like to include. You may also want to have certain songs played on your
montage. For instance using the song "Still the One" would prompt you to
have several photos of couples.
2. Make three piles YES, NO and
MAYBE. Re-select until you come up with the desired amount of photos.
3. Make sure you have not
duplicated photos. If you have more YES than NO photos, you can thin your
pile by deciding on one or two photos from any particular event.
4. Tag and Bag: All photos must be
numbered. Please do not use pen as this can smear. You can use a pencil or
Post-it's work great. Have segments separated by using folders, zip-locks,
envelopes, etc.
The Finished Product...
You will receive all of your
photos back unharmed. Depending on size, preparedness and time of year, your
montage can take anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks for completion. Please call
to receive a time-frame. Once you receive your finished product, you will
have 48 hours to review and tell us of any changes. You will be charged
$7.00 per copy for changes unless there is a production error.
